Women’s Self Defense & Fitness Program (Ages 12+)

Get ready to have fun and sweat off that extra weight! kick start your way back to shape!  Come and train with other like minded women.  Have Fun while getting fit.  Never boring!  Challenging!  Lot’s of variety in our training curriculum.

Class Schedule:   Thursdays     6:00 pm  -  7:00 pm       Saturdays   10:00  am – 11:00 am

3 Months – Unlimited Classes    $199 (includes T- Shirt)

Start Date:  Thursday,  September 16, 2010

Registration Dates:                       Tuesday, September 7, 2010          7:00 pm -  9:00 pm

Thursday, September 9, 2010      7:00 pm  – 9:00 pm

Saturday, September 11,  2010       10:00 am  -  12:00 noon

Dakota Community Center  – 2nd Floor  in the Great Hall

1188 Dakota Street (just South of St. Vital Center)

You will require the following equipment for class:

– Light bag gloves – preferably fingerless

- Health/ Fitness  Ball aka Medicine Ball   2 – 4 lbs. ( available at most Sports stores)
