Women’s Self Defense & Fitness Program (Ages 12+)

Get out of hibernation and kick start your way back to shape!  Come and train with other like minded women.  Have Fun while getting fit.  Never boring!  Challenging!  Lot’s of variety in our training curriculum.

3 Months – Unlimited Classes    $159 (includes T- Shirt)
